Join artist Michael Kirby for a question and answer session on the proposed mural for the stair risers leading from Capitola Village to Depot Hill.

Mr. Kirby proposal was selected by the Art and Cultural Commission from thirteen proposals and was approved by the City Council.

Mr. Kirby will be available to answer your questions in a virtual meeting via Zoom on May 5th at 5 p.m.
