The City of Capitola is pleased to announce the Grand Opening and Dedication of the Family Cycling Center and Crossfit Pump Track at the McGregor Multiuse Park.

Please come join us for a short ceremony.

Please join the City of Capitola for a public meeting to help the City assess what traits are important in a Police Chief.  

Joel Bryden of Bob Murray and Associates will be conducting a meeting with the public to help understand desired characteristics in our new Police Chief.

The Capitola Police Department will host its annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, Aug. 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Jade Street Park. Come and join your neighbors to enjoy crafts, jump houses, and a K-9 demonstration, plus a free BBQ.

Please join us for the Grand Opening and Dedication of the Ozzi's Memorial Dog Park at the McGregor Multi-Use Park.

Parking is limited.  Please carpool if driving.

The Tip-A-Cop event will be held 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the restaurant at 1855 41st Ave. Suite E1 in Capitola. Inspectors from the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office, Capitola police and California Highway Patrol officers plan to participate. 

Please join us for the Grand Opening and Dedication of the Monte Family Skateboard Park at the McGregor Multi-Use Park.

Helmet and Pads will be required.
