Council Member Susan Westman

Council Member Westman was appointed to fill the vacancy on the City Council caused by the resignation of former Vice Mayor Alexander Pedersen during the City Council meeting on June 12, 2025. She will serve through the end of former Council Member Pedersen's term, December 2026.

Prior to her appointment, Council Member Westman served on the City's Planning Commission.
