City Council

Council Member Morgan was first elected to Capitola City Council in 2020. She served as Mayor during the year 2023.

Yvette Brooks served as Mayor for the year 2021, and as Vice Mayor for 2019. She was first elected to City Council in 2018 and re-elected in 2022. On December 14, 2023, she was appointed to serve as Vice Mayor for the year 2024.
