At its August 22 meeting, the Capitola City Council will conduct a conceptual review of a proposed hotel for 120 Monterey Avenue in Capitola Village. The Planning Commission heard the project description at its August 1 meeting. A conceptual review is an opportunity for the Planning Commission, City Council, and public to provide input on a project before a detailed application is submitted. No permits will be considered at this time.
