Are you interested in positively impacting your community and connecting with youth and adult City of Capitola leaders? Are you a high school student who lives in Capitola? Apply for the City of Capitola Youth Liaison Program, a partnership between the City of Capitola and United Way Santa Cruz County's Youth Action Network!

The Youth Liaison Program will build-bridges between youth and local City Council members to ensure youth voices are heard and considered in local government decision-making.
