FPPC Statements of Economic Interest
Elected officials and other City leaders identified in Government Code §87200 who are required to file statements of economic interests with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) are:

- Council Member Ed Bottorff
- Council Member Yvette Brooks
- Council Member Sam Storey
- Planning Commissioner Edward Newman
- Planning Commissioner Courtney Christiansen
- Planning Commissioner Michael Routh
- Planning Commissioner Troy "TJ" Welch
- Planning Commissioner Peter Wilk
- Treasurer Jim Malberg
- City Manager Benjamin "Jamie" Goldstein
- City Attorney Samantha Zutler
These forms may be accessed through the FPPC website (see link below).
In addition, Capitola's Conflict of Interest Code requires certain additional committee or commission members and employees to file these statements, Form 700, with the City Clerk. Beginning in 2017, most of these filings will take place electronically and can be viewed through the link following. Previous years' filings and copies of FPPC Form 700 may also be obtained during business hours by visiting the office of the City Clerk at 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, CA.
