Law Enforcement Torch Run: June 12

Capitola Police Department and City Staff will participte in the Law Enforcement Torch Run on June 12, 2019. This event is a fundraiser and awareness campaign to support the Special Olympics. There are over 97,000 law enforcement members that carry the “Flame of Hope” annually. The flame symbolizes courage and celebration of diversity uniting communities around the globe. Join us in Capitola on June 12 to see local Police Officers and other City employees running the torch to meet up with members of other participating local jurisdictions.
