This opening is a full-time, benefited position in the Public Works Department.

The annual Capitola Village Children’s Halloween Parade will be Sunday, Oct. 26. The line-up begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Village and Beach Parking Lot 1 behind Capitola City Hall. The parade begins at 2 p.m. and heads down Capitola Avenue through the Village. It ends at Esplanade Park, where there will be refreshments. Participants may trick-or-treat in Capitola Village shops following the parade. The event is sponsored by the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce and Capitola Village Businesses.
