Capitola Mayor's Letter & RTC Response

During the regular meeting on June 12, 2025, City staff provided an update on mobile home encroachments in encroachments into the Regional Transportation Commission corridor right-of-way. The Capitola City Council created an ad-hoc subcommittee to draft and send a letter to the RTC, with questions, regarding this issue.
