Cooking at Home with my Family

This drawing is my version of 2020. In the past nine months, like many people, I found myself at home in the kitchen with my family. Something that kept me occupied was learning how to cook. We tried new recipes and experimented with new foods. Something that also helped me get through some distance learning struggles was Mr. Segura’s art class at NBMS. I really enjoyed everything we did and learned so much. In this challenging year, cooking and art has helped me be creative, which has been so comforting.
