Volunteers Needed for First Flush Monitoring

Classroom Training: Monday, September 8, 2014 at 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., City of Capitola Council Chambers,420 Capitola Ave.

Dry Run: Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 9 a.m. – noon

The Capitola Art & Wine Festival combines art, wine, music and food, all in charming Capitola Village overlooking the beautiful Monterey Bay. More than 150 fine artists and 22 Santa Cruz Mountains wineries will participate in this year’s Festival.  Enjoy great live performances and a children's craft area.
