The Police Chief will be an active member of the City Manager’s management team.

July 4th Safety Tips

The City wants to remind everyone to be safe over the July 4th holiday. Fireworks are illegal on public property in the City of Capitola. Safe and sane fireworks are legal on private property only in the City. Strict enforcement efforts will be in effect. The beaches in Capitola will be closed at 10:00 p.m.
