The Capitola Half Marathon consists of a 13.1 mile run from Santa Cruz to Capitola and back.

Registered athletes will pick up their bibs, timing chips and event shirts at the Capitola Village Beach Bandstand. Race registration will be available during packet pick-up.

The vast majority of local residents are now getting electricity from carbon-free sources through the multi-county nonprofit Monterey Bay Community Power  This clean power still comes through PG&E's transmission system and charges appear on customers' PG&E bills.
