The mandala, or sacred circle, is an ancient symbol used to center oneself. Symmetrical, circular, and always with a center, the mandala image represents a journey inward to the heart, to healing, peace and wholeness. Michele's work is particularly inspired by visions of Nature as healer, and her classes are designed to create a fun, safe and supportive environment, with the emphasis on the process.

Michele has been teaching and painting for over 30 years. She holds Bachelor and Master's degrees in Art History; and has self-published her book, Art in My Heart: The Power of Watercolor Mandala Making.
