Arguments and Rebuttals Filed for Local Ballot Measures
By the 5 p.m. August 17 deadline to file arguments for and against local ballot measures, the City received the following statements, which can be viewed below:
Measure I, New Cannabis Business Tax

Since Measure L drew arguments both for and against, the filers of those arguments submitted rebuttals by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 24. Those also can be accessed below.
The City of Capitola will hold its General Municipal Election concurrently with the November 6, 2018, statewide election.
