In accordance with the current Shelter in Place Order from Santa Cruz County Health Services and Executive Order N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, the City Finance Advisory Committee meeting will not be physically open to the public and in person attendance cannot be accommodated.

Remote participation is possible in the form of emailed public comment.

How to comment via email:

1. You may send additional materials to the City Finance Department via jmalberg@ci.capitola.ca.us by 5 p.m. the Monday before the meeting and they will be distributed to agenda recipients.

2. During the meeting, send comments via email to publiccomment@ci.capitola.ca.us.

o Identify the item you wish to comment on in your email’s subject line. Emailed comments will be accepted during the Public Comments meeting item and for General Government / Public Hearing items.

o Emailed comments on each General Government/ Public Hearing item will be accepted after the start of the meeting until the Committee Chairperson announces that public comment for that item is closed.

o Emailed comments should be a maximum of 450 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.

o Each emailed comment will be read aloud for up to three minutes and/or displayed on a screen.

o Emails received by publiccomment@ci.capitola.ca.us outside of the comment period outlined above will not be included in the record.
