Disaster Preparedness and Planning

The Capitola Recreation is currently recruiting for the position of Recreation Assistant.  This position will staff the front desk and help the in the office registering class participants both in person and over the phone.

The position is a Part-Time/Seasonal position, approximately 20 hours/week

Salary for the position starts at $16.79/hour.

Recovery to help you with your spring cleaning! Dispose of one
bulky item and seven bags or cans of garbage, not to exceed 50
lbs. each. All items must be curbside by 6:00 a.m. on your regular
day of service. Household hazardous waste will not be accepted.

Associate Planner 

Open until Filled - Full Time / Permanent Position with Full Benefits

Wage: $7,535. to $9,160 per month

The City of Capitola Community Development Department is recruiting to fill an Associate Planner position.

Building Official

$10,403 to $12,646 PER MONTH

Fireworks begin around 8:00 pm

Due to graffiti, the Monte Family Skate Park will be closed Monday, July 17 and Tuesday, July 18.
