Initial Capitola Branch Library Design Approved

Each year the Capitola City Council sets the interest rate landlords must pay on their tenants' residential rental security deposits. For 2022 the rate is 0 percent. Below are the current resolution and a historic summary of rates.

The City of Capitola is currently recruiting for a Finance Director.  The Finance Director for the City of Capitola is a key member of the City’s executive management team and serves as the City’s chief financial officer while supervising a department staff of 4.  This position directs the City’s accounting, reporting, payroll, internal audit, and cash management functions.  In addition, the position monitors short and long term financial trends while developing the City’s annual budget of $15.4 million.

The Capitola pump track at McGregor Park is open following  maintenance on March 8 and March 9.
