Capitola Council Candidate Forum

The Capitola City Council Candidate Forum will be held on Tuesday, October 4th, 6 - 8pm at City Hall in the Council Chambers. 

This event is hosted by the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce and will be moderated by former Capitola Mayor, Mike Termini. Candidates will have the opportunity to state their vision, priorities and answer questions.

The Chamber encourages the community to submit advance questions by October 3rd via email or by calling the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce at 831-475-6522. 

Capitola Beach Festival - Capitola Village

The Capitola Beach Festival is a family-friendly festival including the following events: sand sculpture contest, fishing derby, rowboat races, horseshoe tournament, children's art, chalk art, and the lighted boat nautical parade.

Spring Clean Up Week

Take advantage of this curbside service provided by GreenWaste Recovery to help you with your Spring Cleaning! Dispose of one bulky item (like furniture, appliances, etc.) and up to seven bags or cans of garbage, not to exceed 50 lbs. each. All items must be curbside by 6:00 a.m. on your regular day of service.
Household hazardous waste will not be accepted.
