Police Chief Dally will discuss the November 18 fatal hit-and-run incident and Public Works Director Kahn will present a timeline for traffic safety improvement for the Bay Avenue and Hill Street intersection. This meeting will be open to the public and include a question and answer period.
The City is excited about the the Capitola Wharf Resiliency and Public Access Improvement Project which is projected to begin construction in fall 2023. We are excited to spread the news about the concurrent Capitola Wharf Enhancement Project (or CWEP), which was inspired by community volunteers who want to help make Capitola Wharf's "make-over" even better! The CWEP group is made up of community members who are raising private donations to enhance the City project.
