This painting is about finding some light and compassion during moments of uncertainty. My intent was to capture the idea of love and hope arising through uneven surface.

The pandemic launched me into the task of expressing myself through painting for the first time in my life. I received my first watercolor set in March and have since spent my time at home creating numerous abstract pieces.
