The City of Capitola invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to provide professional planning, technical analysis, and conceptual design services for development of the Esplanade Park Coastal Access Enhancement & Adaptation Plan.

The selected consultant will support technical studies, community engagement support, development of conceptual alternatives, refinement of a preferred concept, and preparation of a regulatory and environmental pathway framework in coordination with City staff.

This project is funded through a State Coastal Conservancy planning grant. Consultant services must comply with all applicable State and local procurement and grant requirements.
