41st Avenue Adaptive Traffic Signal System

General work description:

The City of Capitola with support from the Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) is installing an adaptive traffic signal system on the 41st Avenue corridor from Clares Street to the intersection at Brommer and Jade Street in the City of Capitola. This project involves furnishing and installing InSync Adaptive Traffic Signal Systems, manufactured by Rhythm Engineering, at four (4) traffic signal intersections along 41st Avenue. Project elements include installation of necessary cables, conductors, ethernet, modems, cameras, and mounting hardware within existing cabinets, conduit and on existing signal mast arms at each traffic signal.

The estimated cost of construction is $420,000

Bids are due on or before 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 18, 2021
