How to Celebrate Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos Safely
The Santa Cruz County Health Officer, along with other local health officials, have released a joint statement offering guidance on how to safely celebrate the upcoming holidays. Please remember that State Health Officer Orders are still in effect. Halloween gatherings, Dia de Los Muertos celebrations, events, or parties with non-household members are not permitted unless they are conducted in compliance with local and state health orders. Their guidance is as follows:
