The city is currently evaluating options for replacing the bridge as part of a long-term initiative to improve safety, flood mitigation, and community connectivity.
The City is preparing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for public buildings, parks, and public rights-of-way. To learn more and provide feedback on the plan, click here.
ADA Complaint/Grievances should be filed with the City’s ADA Coordinator or another authorized City representative within 60 days of the alleged disability-related discrimination. Did you know that every intersection is a crosswalk?
When two streets intersect, there is either a marked crosswalk or there is an “unmarked” crosswalk. As part of the recently passed Assembly Bill (AB) 413, it is now illegal to park 20 feet in advance of either type of crosswalk even if the curb is not painted red. AB 413 is also known as the “daylighting” law.
