This Request for Proposals (RFP), issued by the City of Capitola (City), invites responses from qualified and experienced professional consulting firms or individuals to provide technical planning and analysis services in support of development of the City’s first Active Transportation Plan (ATP). The selected consultant will support data collection, analysis, mapping, safety evaluation, network development, and project prioritization in coordination with City staff and the project partner, Ecology Action.

Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via email in accordance with the schedule outlined below. Responses to all submitted questions will be posted on the City’s website at: https://www.cityofcapitola.org/rfps.
