Public Works Inspection Request Form
The Capitola Public Works Department performs inspections Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. Inspections must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Inspection requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to change depending on the inspectors' workload and routes for that day.
The Public Works Department will send you a confirmation email following the submission of your online request. Your confirmation email will include the date and an arrival window for the time of inspection. Please plan to be on site to meet the inspector during the arrival window. If you do not receive an email confirmation by the date of the requested inspection, call the Public Works Department to confirm your inspection.
