Sandbags Available

Sandbags are in front of the Police Department and sand is available in the Upper Beach & Village Parking Lot, behind the City Hall building. Bring your own shovel to fill bags. Please limit to 20 bags per address. Sandbags are for Capitola City residents and City businesses.
