Bi-Monthly Newsletter

The new e-newsletter Capitola Waves is emailed out to residents bi-monthly (every-other-week), generally the Friday after Council meetings have been held. Articles include information on public works projects, museum exhibits, public art and events, local issues, new development, and other useful information.
