Using this website, members of the public will have access to public information regarding individuals arrested by the Capitola Police Department.  Unless otherwise declared "guilty" or "convicted", arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Capitola Police Department Press Log information is available for 30 days.  Arrest information is provided by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department and is available for a maximum of 10 days.
